Hotel prices are in EUR, per room per night, including breakfast and all kinds of taxes.

After registration, please arrange the hotel booking in the online registration database of the congress till 15 June 2010.

Please note that paying of min. two nights hotel deposit in advance is mandatory to secure reservation.

You are able to make your hotel booking through the system for the following period:
20 August - 27 August 2010.
If you want to come earlier or depart later, share your room with somebody, please contact to Ms. Gabriella Banfalvi by e-mail.

Dormitory level accommodation

The Organising Committee made block bookings in two student hostels (simple, but clean and safe) in the nearest vicinity of the Congress Venue.

You can book a dormitory room via e-mail: please contact Robert Hohol. Rooms can be booked on a first-come, first-served base. (These rooms are not available in the online reservation system.)

These bookings are valid between 20-27 August, 2010, if you have different arrival or departure date please indicate it in your mail.

When sending your order please indicate:

• Arrival and departure
• Dormitory's name
• Room type
• Roommate preference (if any)

Advanced payment is required for the whole staying period you are to book.

Breakfast is not included in the price and it is not available at the dormitories.

Dormitory booking deadlines

• Dormitory booking deadline: April 30, 2010
• Dormitory payment deadline: May 15, 2010

Dormitory cancellation

In case of cancellation of dormitory reservation received till June 20, 2010, the refund is 100%.
If received between June 21 and July 20, 2010, two nights fee will be kept and the rest of the payment will be refunded.
No guaranteed refund is possible for cancellations submitted on or after July 21, 2010.
