The Eötvös University, celebrating its 375th anniversary in 2010 proudly hosts the IMA 2010 in the new Danube Riverside Campus (Lágymányos), and offers a friendly environment for the conference. Mineralogy has been part of the university curricula since 1774 and has got its independent Department of Mineralogy since 1849. Participants will have the opportunity to visit the 236-year-old Mineralogical Collection, saved in its original 19th century "Historical Hall".

Kőbánya-Kispest metro station - Ferenc körút metro station with M3 metro
Ferenc körút metro station - Pesti híd, budai hídfő with tram 4-6
Tram station - Conference Venue 300 meters walking distance
From Eastern Railway Station (Keleti Pályaudvar):
Keleti Pályaudvar - Ferenciek tere with bus 7
Ferenciek tere metro station - Ferenc körút metro station with M3 metro
Ferenc körút metro station - Pesti híd, budai hídfő with tram 4-6
Tram station - Conference Venue 300 meters walking distance
From Western Railway Station (Nyugati Pályaudvar):
Nyugati Pályaudvar metro station - Ferenc körút metro station with M3 metro

With car from the East (M3 highway):
M3 highway - Kós Károly sétány - Andrássy Avenue
Left turn to Bajcsy-Zsilinszky, continue on Károly körút - Múzeum körút - Üllői út
Right turn on Ferenc körút, continue until reaching the Danube
After crossing the bridge, right turn and passing under it on Pázmány Péter sétány
300 meters to Conference Venue
